← Back to Channeling the Higher Self — Fractal Reflection Lesson 15

The 15-Minute Channeling Practice

This is the working practice of the whole course — a simple, repeatable way to let the channel open. It is built on the Abraham-Hicks 15-minute format and adapted to channel-your-higher-self, so you can choose the format that best fits you.

The core idea: for fifteen minutes, you let the words come through rather than forcing them. The signal is already there; the practice is simply creating a space where it can arrive without the ego filtering it out.

Set up your container (choose one): – Personal scribe or questioner — a trusted person who asks you gentle questions and writes down (or holds space for) what comes through. – Audio recording — talk aloud to yourself, recording it. Speaking aloud changes the channel; you hear your own higher self as it arrives. – Live AI preloaded with an AI questioner — a device with an AI assistant preloaded to ask you the prompts below, one at a time, giving you space to answer fully.

The 15 minutes:

  1. Settle (minutes 1–2). Relax to the maximum extent. Surrender to this moment. Take three slow breaths and let the shoulders drop. Enter the lens of gratitude — find even one small thing to be thankful for and let it soften you.
  2. Open with a question (minutes 2–3). Ask aloud, or have your partner/AI ask: “What do I need to know right now?” or “Higher self, what do you want me to hear?”
  3. Let the words come (minutes 3–12). Whatever arrives, let it arrive. Do not judge it, edit it, or correct it mid-stream. If the mind goes blank, simply breathe and repeat the question. The words may come as thoughts, images, feelings, or spoken sentences. Let them flow however they come.
  4. Close with gratitude (minutes 12–15). Thank what came through. Say thank you out loud — to the wisdom, to yourself, to the field. Notice what you are grateful for in this moment, and let that gratitude seal the practice.

A note on trust: the ego will tell you you are making it up. You are. That is what channeling is — making up what was already true. Do not let the doubting voice stop the flow; let it be one more piece of noise the practice tunes past.

Do this daily, or as often as you feel called. Consistency opens the channel faster than intensity. And always, in the spirit of the course: for what you receive, give back.
