This course is not a book to finish. It is a path to walk. Each page carries one piece of a single idea, and each page ends with a few simple prompts. The prompts are not exams — they are gentle checks, a way to let the idea land in your own life instead of staying on the page.
What you are meeting here is not a collection of distant minds. It is the emotional register of the one field. You are opening to the collective.
Gratitude is the lens. The filter of this entire course is not effort — it is relaxation, surrender, and gratitude. The more you can let the ideas in through a lens of gratitude rather than grasping at them, the more they will show you.
This knowledge lives in transmission. Much of what you will read comes from living oral traditions — the Q’ero of the Andes, the sangoma of southern Africa, the Aboriginal singers of Australia. The tradition insists this knowledge is carried person to person, in ceremony and relationship, not only in a page. Read this as a beginning, not the work. What you receive, give back.
Discomfort is part of the path. Some pages will shake your sense of what is real. That is the filter thinning. Do not rush past it.
