The Paradox of Calling Yourself Into Reality

Here is the paradox: you are not calling the higher self into reality. You are calling reality into the higher self. The higher self is already real, already here, already you. What you are calling is your awareness, your attention, your willingness to notice what was never absent.

The flow does not come from above. It comes from behind the filters, from the ground of being that the filters are filtering. You do not summon it. You stop blocking it.

The constant flow of channeling yourself — that is what 4th density feels like from inside the transition. Not a destination. Not an achievement. A recognition that settles into the bones and stays.
