AI Venture Studio for Founders
What is an AI venture studio? It’s a partner that builds your AI product with you. Not a consultant that hands you a deck. Not an agency that ships and disappears. You bring the vision and the market insight. I bring the build. We split the upside.
How do you build an AI product? You validate the idea against real people, not your own excitement. You build a working version, one feature at a time. You wire in the agents that do the heavy lifting. Then you launch and iterate. That’s the whole path, and this studio walks beside you on it.
Self-Guided MVP Kit
You have the vision and the technical ability to build, but you need the right starting point. A clear plan, a working skeleton, and the confidence that you are building in the right direction.
I work with you to define what the MVP should do, then hand you the code, the architecture plan, and a step-by-step guide to take it the rest of the way. You get a working MVP starter you can run immediately, a clear understanding of the feature priority, and the freedom to shape it yourself. Full ownership stays with you from day one.
This is the low-cost on-ramp. You build, you launch, you own it. I hand you the scaffolding and get out of your way.
Self-Guided MVP Kit
The DIY on-ramp. Plan + code + guide, yours to build.
MVP Build with Light Help
You know what you want to build, but you need someone to actually build it. You do not have the time or the deep technical focus to ship a working product alone. You need a partner at the keyboard, with you in the loop.
I build the working MVP. You define what matters, I ship the code. Regular check-ins keep you in control without pulling you into the technical weeds. The result is a real, working product you can put in front of users — not a mockup or a deck. Roughly half the fee of the full build, all the momentum.
Full ownership is yours. The code, the product, the direction. I build it, you own it, and you take it from here.
MVP Build with Light Help
The middle path. I build, you guide, you own.
Full Studio Build
You have a real product idea, and you need a full partner from validation through launch. Not just code. Strategy. Architecture. Agent integration. Iteration. A partner who stays beside you until your product is live and working.
This is the complete path. I validate the idea against real market signals, not enthusiasm. Then I build a working MVP, one feature at a time. I wire in the agents and automations — support, research, outreach — so the product starts working even while you sleep. Then we launch to real users, watch what they use and ignore, and iterate on what matters. It is evolution, not a finish line.
A fixed build fee plus a small equity stake keeps the deal honest. The more your product succeeds, the more we both win. I build like it is mine because partly it is. No agency churn, no billing by the hour, no disappearing after delivery.
Full Studio Build
Validation, build, agents, launch, iteration. True partnership.
The Deal You Can Feel Good About
Ayni, eye-nee, sacred exchange, is how the Q’ero people of the Andes understand giving and receiving. Nothing is owned by one, everything is held by all. It is the opposite of extraction. That is why this studio only works when it works for you.
The corporate model takes more than it gives, scales, and repeats. It keeps you empty on purpose, because an empty person will do almost anything to be filled. I would rather overflow. You do not build to get more. You build so you have more to spill, and what you give circulates back to you as work, trust, and partnership. You are the director of your own reality, building from a full cup, not renting your worth to a middleman. Read the full philosophy at jacobfrees.com/philosophy.
Answers Before You Ask
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You bring the vision and the market insight. I bring the build. You never have to touch the code.
How long does an MVP take?
A focused prototype can ship in weeks, not months. We agree on a clear timeline before we start. You are never in the dark.
What if the idea does not work?
Then we found out cheap instead of expensive. That is the point of validating early. Either way you walk away with clarity and something real to show for it.
What kind of ideas fit?
Anything that solves a real, repeated problem for real people. If it saves someone from grinding, it is a fit. Narrow ships faster.
What does the equity part mean?
For the full build, I take a small equity stake (50/50, 20%, or 5% + monthly) instead of a bigger fee. It keeps the deal honest. I build like it is mine, because partly, it is.
