- Amazon SES — processes email delivery for the newsletter (your email address is passed to SES solely for sending you emails)
- Stripe / PayPal — process payments; they receive order and payment data necessary to complete transactions
- Hostinger — web hosting provider; stores site data on their servers
Your data will never be sold. Period. I do not share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Data Retention
- Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe
- Course reflections and journal entries are retained to track your evolution within the course system
- Order data is retained as required for tax and accounting purposes
- You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below)

- Unsubscribe — every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and you’ll stop receiving emails.
- Data access — request a copy of what data I hold about you
- Data deletion — request that I delete your personal data
